WHAT MENU DO YOU OFFER?
We prepare traditional Basque cuisine using the freshest fish, vegetables, and meats of the season, purchased daily from our trusted local suppliers in the San Sebastián markets.
IBAI offers two set menus: €190 and €210. Both menus include a broth, snacks, a selection of starters, a main course featuring the best fish of the day, a board of artisanal cheeses, dessert, and petit fours. We also offer additional off-menu dishes for those seeking an even more exclusive experience, available at an extra cost.
To personalize your menu and ensure the best possible experience, please let us know at the time of booking about any allergies, intolerances, or ingredients you simply don’t enjoy.
HOW CAN I MAKE A RESERVATION AT RESTAURANT IBAI?

WILL I BE CONTACTED BY BAR IBAI AFTER MAKING A RESERVATION?
When you make a reservation, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive this email, we kindly ask you to contact us at: reservas@baribai.com. Seven days before your reservation date, you will receive an email allowing you to confirm or cancel your reservation at no cost. (See cancellation policy).
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Cancellations must be made via email to reservas@baribai.com if they fall within the 7-day cancellation policy window.
Reservations for up to 5 guests: changes or cancellations allowed without penalty up to 7 days before the reservation date.
Reservations for up to 15 guests: changes or cancellations allowed without penalty up to 7 days before the reservation date.
Reservations for more than 15 guests: changes allowed without penalty up to 7 days before the reservation date.
If the reservation is modified or cancelled outside of the stated timeframe, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of €190 per person.
Likewise, if a reservation is made and the guest does not show up, we reserve the right to charge a fee of €190 per person.
HOW DO I MAKE A GROUP RESERVATION?
If you would like to make a group reservation, please contact us via email at: reservas@baribai.com. We will provide you with all the necessary information and availability.
WHAT ARE BAR IBAI’S OPENING HOURS?
Our restaurant is open Monday to Friday for lunch, from 13:00 to 15:00.
The Pintxo Bar is open from 10:00 to 16:00.
Closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
WHERE IS IBAI LOCATED?
IBAI is located at CALLE GETARIA 15.
We do not have private parking, but there are two public parking lots 500 meters away: Parking Buen Pastor and Parking del Bulevar.
WHAT IF A GUEST HAS ALLERGIES OR INTOLERANCES?
Our menu is based on fresh, seasonal ingredients.
If you or any guest has allergies or intolerances, please inform us at least 7 days in advance.
Otherwise, we cannot guarantee we’ll be able to adapt the menu.

IS THERE A DRESS CODE?
We do not have a dress code. For us, the most important thing is that our guests enjoy our dishes comfortably.
WHAT IF I ARRIVE LATE?
We kindly ask guests to be punctual in order to enjoy the full experience.
Please note that if you arrive more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, we will consider it a no-show.
WHAT ARE THE ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS?
At IBAI, we accept credit/debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
We also accept cash payments (in euros).
ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED IN THE RESTAURANT?
We do not offer a children’s menu. If you visit with children, they will be required to eat the same dishes as adults.
For this reason, we do not recommend visiting with children under 10 years of age.
We do not have high chairs available.
